Haha okay we were so um... holy, wearing white. Thank goodness we don't have to wear white pants, SO PAP. I think like most people wore jeans.
During YE there was this chinese woman who came to talk about holy communion. She's pretty good speaker. I think having the lesson in chinese is actually good. At least its not boring. Hahaha. Becasue chinese can get quite amusing. Then people actually listen to it! Haha.
Oh yeah. OMG. She laughs so loudly.
Okay then after the lesson, KFoon prayed. Then we went down to service.
You know, looking at the rows of people in white sort of reminded me of WHITE CHICKS. Its not JUST a bag, its a Prada ;)
The service started with GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS. We walked in two rows, into the church, and then we got seated. After worship, we had the sermon by John Tan the bishop. There was this pretty interesting bit about our old self dying, and our new self being born in Christ. So we have to live like our lives are born again in Christ, which means we should do stuff which please God, right (:
Then it was time for confirmation. Did I mention. The cameras were so distracting! Okay let me describe. Because we only get confirmed once in our lives. Hahaha. First we stand up then we walk up to him. Then we kneel while he lays his h ands on our heads. Then we stand up and go back. OMG the cameras were flashing and flashing. Irritating. HAHA OH YEAH the way he pronounces some names are just plain funny.
Okay after that part, we go up to take the bread and wine. The bread was damn dry and tasteless. Hahahha. I dipped the thing in and I wanted to laugh but I had to control. Hahahaha. Then it was time for PEACE. Thanks everyone (:
We walked out of the church in two rows again and the bishop prayed. Then we went back in and stood on rows on the stage smiling like barbies while all the cameras went flash flash flash snap snap snap. Seriously it was really long. Hahahaha.
So. We're all confirmed. Members of the church. Hope we'll all stay members of the church forever, and love and obey God always. Amen (:
