After school, I went home on the bus. It was pretty crowded and I was like standing near the door and all. When it reached Coronation, there were some people trying to get on and somehow they managed to squeeze in. I think I was sitting by then. Anyway, it was really squeezy and then the bus was like full of students at the back. This lady managed to squeeze her way in. And she was really really pissed off because it was really crowded at the front while at the back, where all the students were, it was still quite okay.
Then she said, (REALLY impatiently) "Every day study also no use. Don't even know how to move in."
Like, okay?
I thought about why she said that and came up with some possible reasons:
a) It was her first time taking a public bus and she has no idea that all crowded buses are pretty spacious at the back and crowded in front.
b) She did not study and probably hates students because of that.
c) She can't afford a cab and that's why she's so grumpy about taking a bus.
You know, when the bus is crowded and all, I either wait quietly for the people to move in. If they don't, then I'll just get off and wait for the next one. If I'm in a hurry and I'm desperate, I'll just flag a cab. If I have no money, I'll call my dad. Or in her case, my husband. If I have no husband, I'll get one.
Anyway, we cooked mushroom soup and mixed our salads today. My partner didn't come today. So we lined up outside the kitchen in register number order. 1 & 2, 3 & 4. 17 & 18 is the last pair. I'm 17 and 18 is no where to be seen so I was the last of the whole lot. And Fernandez was like, "Why nobody want you?"
I teamed up with Cherie and Cheryl and I think it was a raelly fun lesson with them. You know our salad was like overflowing because there was just too many stupid vegetables here and there. Then Fernandez saw it and she yelled at the whole class, "Everybody! Come here and help them!"
Then she pinched some grapes from the bowl and popped them into her mouth.
At the end after the whole lesson was over, I took all the rubbish and chucked it into the kitchen bin. And then she saw and she stared for like 5 seconds while I showed her the :P face. And then she was like, "You! Go and clear the bin!"
If you want to enjoy her class, you've got to take her sacarsm lightly.
