Friday, March 10

Last day of term one. Felt like an odinary Friday. Three more terms to go.

PE today was the funniest ever. The cheerleaders went to practice their routine, the runners went to practice their 4x100m relay while the rest who didn't know what to do practiced the class cheer. So after screaming quite a bit, we decided to sit down and think of a new song for the class. In the end we came up with something quite nice!

We then went to the lab to have computer studies. We were supposed to do some Dreamweaver thing but who pays attention in class anyway? Cherie typed out the lyrics of the song on our class blog so you can take a look.

During recess the class got together to sing a birthday song for Sibyl and Elaine and we had a cake too!

During Math we took a peek at our results and I scored a 19/30 which was much better than I expected since my Math totally stinks. Thank goodness I passed or else I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight and will have to take sleeping pills or something else as ridiculous.

After school I went to Orchard with Lailing to have lunch and buy birthday presents! Ate at Pasta Mania at Cine and then went to Taka to buy presents. Bought this squishy rubber hippo and shared a present for Rachel (her birthday's tomorrow and she invited us to go ice-skating).

Went to Zara and saw this nice top. Price was good too. Pity the queue to the changing room was so frightfully long. Remind me to go back there like at Monday afternoon or something. Then while walking to the train station we saw this 80% DKNY sale thing. Didn't really make much of a difference because the tops are like over a hundred bucks each. And then we realised that people all around us were like aunties and maybe some young people just taking a look. Um.

At the train station this guy asked for donations. Lailing donated but I didn't. I prefer donating to proper organizations. I don't know who I can trust.

I've got a TON of homework! I'm trying to finish it like really quick because I'm still in the school mood and trust me, once I get into the holiday mood, its going to take a lot to get me started on my work.

Happy holidays! Do your homework and don't slack but don't get too committed either! :D
