Cough. You know this morning, Ms Wee burst into class and told us that there would be a current affairs surprise test. Okay then she just started reading the questions (Our projector's a bit crazy) and then the whole class was like HUH? Either that, they had quicker reactions and were all scrambling to get their papers and pens out of their bags.
She only gave us like, ten seconds to answer the questions. Plus the questions were difficult. Like, really. Stuff like "Name a political party in Israel" or something like that. Guess what I wrote. I wrote People's Action Party of Israel. And there was another question which went something like "Who were the three new people up for elections?" or something like that. I wrote "One woman, one man and one Indian man" because I remember seeing something like that on TV.
So the questions started out like that. Newspaper-ish. The whole class was groaning and moaning because obviously, no one reads the newspapers.
Unless they're tabloids.
Then the questions started to get a bit... fishy. Like "When does American Idol air on TV?" Easy! And then the questions got simpler and simpler... Up to the extend of "What is tomorrow's date?"
AND THE ANSWER WAS 1 APRIL 2006. APRIL FOOL'S DAY!
The whole class screamed for 5 minutes, non-stop. Oh well. SE is the screaming class.
Such a bad joke!
Anyway, AChia came in and then she gave out the Science papers. Thank God I didn't sit for the paper. Or else I would have like, totally flunked it, looking at Shayne's paper.
Then we went down for PE while 2GY occupied our classroom as a joke. But for PE, we played Captain's Ball! I wish he had Netball instead but I guess Captain's is fine. Our team won! Then at the end Mrs de Silva said that THE NEXT TEAM TO SCORE THE NEXT GOAL WINS! And then all the snatching started and it was so funny! Anyway, we scored the last goal! Yay!
You know after PE me and Kellie wanted to boo Cherie, Shayne and Shereen because they were walking so slowly! Then we hid behind the wall AND THEY WALKED RIGHT PAST US. Gee!!
In CS we did more of the Dreamweaver thing and I find CS quite sad because no one really well... absorbs the stuff.
We calculated our Chinese CA1 marks today and I am Pleased to announce that Felice PASSED HER CHINESE! Teehee. Okay. I got 53%! Phew phew phew. The whole class was like hovering around 40, 50 and a few 60's and maybe one or two 70's. That's how bad it is. Seriously. CAN'T THEY JUST LOWER THE CHINESE STANDARD. All in favour say AYE!
Okay, so that was my day, and did you realise something! I'VE BLOGGED FOR FIVE DAYS IN A ROW. MONDAYTUESDAYWEDNESDAYTHURSDAYFRIDAY.
