Went shopping today with mummy at Wisma Atria. Mmm, and I bought a T-shirt and a sleeveless shirt from Surfbabe. Also got a present for Kristabelle, which is the same as Joey's :D But different colour.
Then we went to Esprit, but didn't get anything. I saw this super nice jeans! It was sort of ripped. Like, whoa. And I refused to buy it. I already bought jeans recently. And it cost over a hundred bucks.
Hey, let me ask you. I just got an SMS from Joey. She was asking me what present is suitable for a guy. Called Jiang Tong. I replied, Okay. Perfume. Oops, I meant, cologne. Is this a stupid mistake or what? Because for no rhyme or reason, I'M LAUGHING. Yes, to myself. In my bedroom. Thank God the TV is switched on or my whole family will think I'm buts. Ha ha. Oops, I meant, nuts. (It was a typo but I felt is was worth keeping the record ;])
Anyway, we went to er... I forgot what shop. I can't be bothered to look for the shoe box to check. To buy shoes. Oh, and my mother is so... loud. Heh heh. Let me explain.
We were inside the shop looking at all the shoes and stuff. Then I picked up a shoe, and I was like, "This shoe is so hard, you can practically wash your underwear on it." Then my mum suddenly took the shoe from me and started to whack the table. I was like, "Huh? What are you doing?" and she said, "See, this shoe is so hard I can use it to kill a cockroach."
I think the salesgirl was quite pissed because a __ year-old lady made a hell of a noise and insulted a shoe in her shop. Mmm I remember now, it was Isetan. A woman's age is like, sacred, so you should always censor it.
Anyway, I bought a pair or soft shoes. With a nice velvety er... sole? The inside part, I mean. I insulted a hard shoe and bought a soft shoe. Ha ha.
Dad called and said we was coming in 10 minutes time so we went out, bought some food from BreadTalk on the way out, and then my dad called again and said he won't be coming in because of the bloody ERP so we walked a bit further. And yay! Because of the ERP, I spotted Orange Julius and got a Blizzard from DQ while walking. Yum. I think DQ uses a special kind of milk to make their ice-cream. It tastes so special and different from other ice-creams!
The guy that gave me my Blizzard tried to play a trick, I think. When I reached out my hand to get the ice-cream, he suddenly turned it upside-down. He expected me to scream, I think. I didn't. *sitcks tongue out* My eyes just went like, wide open. Good trick though, it proves that DQ ice-creams are TEH SOLID.
Oh, I forgot to mention. My mother was drawing money from the bank (at Orchard MRT) so I waited outside (it was quite crowded inside because of some weird queue). I saw Elaine there. And she waved. I think I looked pretty retarded because I was carrying my bag on my right shoulder, the Surfbabe shopping bag on the left shoulder, the shoes and the BreadTalk plastic bag in my right hand and my left hand supporting the shopping bag.
I was wondering what she was doing at the bank. She was alone and queuing up for something from the looks of it. Don't know her that well so it will be quite rude to ask (:
Oh yeah, my maid's going home tomorrow and the new maid's coming in tomorrow as well. Huh! Just proves that my mother can't live without a maid because she hates housework :D Chkchkchkchk. *shakes head and waggles finger*
Speaking of maids, I noticed my mother prefers maids from Indonesia. I kind of understand why after reading all those Newpaper tabloids about Pilipino maids killing themselves and getting raped and stuff. And my maid told me that some maids actually use their leg to wash your underwear because they can't be bothered to squat down. *jaw drop*
Anyway, I still love my mummy because she went shopping with me today. And being retarded about the shoe and the cockroach (:
