I spent the entire morning packing. That's because I haven't even started and I told myself I'd better pack in the morning or else I'll be causing my family to miss the flight.
There's still a lot to be done, like clearing my bowels so I don't have to do it in the plane, which would be the grossest and most uncomfortable thing ever. And also, I have to get my ass out there and grab a copy of 8Days. I need it really badly. I'm a channel 8 drama addict. And tell daddy to drive down to NTUC to get some snacks. Oh yes, and look for my Esprit socks which have mysteriously disappeared...
Okay, so about yesterday, I went to Sentosa in the morning. We were supposed to meet in church, but when I reached the train station near my house, I realized my EZ-link was in the pocket of my jeans which was hanging behind my door at home! I was really late already, but I had no choice but to rush back and grab it. Then I decided I should go straight to Habourfront because the bus probably already left church.
I saw some people at Habourfront (but I was the first) and we waited for ages for the church people to arrive. Appears that they were waiting for some P6's who had to go do something in school (I think sign their PSLE results or whatever). And they were the "stars" of the outing anyway (:
Then we had lunch, then set off for Sentosa! We played a game there, something like the Amazing Race. It was the same game as last year. But this time, we're all helping the P6's in the group to answer the questions (You see, only the P6's can answer). Last time, it was the rest helping us.
Our team was almost the first! But we were beaten by like, a few seconds. You see, the last stop was at this place, and only one team could do the task at a time. And their team reached the place first so we had to wait. Oh well. So we decided to be the first from the last (: While waiting for the third team, we played catching! Ha ha.
Then after all 3 teams reached the place, we played Captain's Ball :c) The game almost everyone likes. The best part is, there ain't no funny and irritating netball rules like stepping, contact and obstruction. So I can just stick my arms up and ignore the obstruction rule. And I don't have to worry about the landing foot.
It was time for beach games! Actually there weren't any games. Everyone was allowed to do whatever we liked. We rented rollerblades and bikes (: And I fell down like, 3 times! I totally stink at blading. Once I crashed into the plants. Lucky me! Without the plants, I would be crashing into the mud, which is gross. That's what plants are really for! The second time was into the construction wall to bar people away from the construction site. Ouch... The third one was just onto the pavement, where there was a puddle of water. Seeing it made me freak out and I wobbled and fell down ):
After that, it was bathing time, and the queue was so damned freakin' long! Oh well, its Sentosa.
We took a train back to church where we had dinner, then dad came so me and Grace went home (: And watched Survivor. Ha ha. It was a bad episode. Quite bo-ring. But the people in the jury are quite cool! The first two members, to be precise :D Gary, the physical threat, was voted out. I bet its either Danni or Lydia next, from the looks of the trailer.
I think my parents are stressed! Seriously. I heard my mother say "bloody hell" just now. I think she was looking for something. Too much Ron.
Alright, the next time I'll blog will be on Sunday night or something, when I come back! Bye!
