In class, we were like returning report books and Ms Chiam making all kinds of announcements and stuff. Kristabelle and I were fiddling with Joey's camera and we took like a million photos of ourselves. Haha! Most of them were quite gross. Then while Ms Chiam was talking we zoomed in like crazy and took a blur photo of her face, close up. It was pretty pointless but fun (:
Math Trail was kind of boring actually... I guess its because I don't really like Math. Haha. In the bus on the way there, all of us were like stealing Joy and Si En's chips. Mmmm. Basically the Math Trail was all about charging around the place measuring things and calculating the area or perimeter or whatever. Its quite pointless... Who cares about the surface area of a chair?
Oh yeah, I got insulted today too. Well, you see, after we found all the measurements and stuff, I told Huiyu and Joy that I will go and calculate the area and stuff and they go on to do the next question. While I was scribbling and writing, another group from CO came and started to find their measurements. Maggie was also with me. I don't know why. Then the station master said to me, "Are you the outcasts of the group or something?"
Oh sheesh, I was so pissed but I had to remain polite or else disciplinary action would be taken (quoted from Krix). I said in a half-angry half-polite voice, "Oh I'm not part of their group. My group members went to do other questions. I'm just doing calculation." And then? He just said oh and walked away.
On the way back to school, we played with cameras! All the photos I took are in Joey's camera so I shall ask her for them another day? Haha. There was an interesting one of Cherie... Hee but don't tell/show her.
Back in school Ms Chiam had a little prize-giving ceremony of her own. She gave prizes to the 9 girls who have absolutely NO demerit points at all (cool!), the top 10 girls of the class, and tokens of appreciation to the Science reps and class reps.
Then it was TALENTIME! We performed second. I was super nervous and my hands were freezing. It was like the "piano exam" feeling. And guess what. It was quite dark so I couldn't really see the score :P I played like a million wrong notes and I was thinking, "Oh my gosh, please, let everyone NOT hear that." Anyway, I think it was great. Although I looked at nothing but the black and white keys. WE'RE GONNA ROCK, AROUND THE CLOCK TONIGHT!
Then for the Disney category, it wasn't that bad, because I was just singing along with like 10 girls. I thought it was quite okay. I like Huda's dress! Its quite hard to remain smiling all the way... Haha.
And then after everyone had performed, it was time for the announcement of results! And GUESS WHAT! WE GOT IN FIRST FOR OPEN CATEGORY! WE'RE GONNA ROCK, AROUND THE CLOCK TONIGHT! So cool! I mean after all that million wrong notes. Hee. I guess it was a nice song? I love the song.
After that we went to class and then everyone was screaming and cheering and then we screamed some more when we opened the GIGANTIC bag of snacks we won! And we spilled them on the table and everyone was like grabbing and eating because we were so hungry.
Then we changed up into our uniforms to watch the prize giving. I felt really tired by then. And sleepy. Then after screaming for Han-han, Jan-jan and Joy-joy, we went back to class and go home. Sob. C'ya all later during Mao-mao's Mrs Mao's party! :D
